Sally Rodrigues, your blind massage therapist, offers a range of treatments that can provide immediate and long-term shifts in your body, leaving you feeling relaxed and at ease and supporting you in all areas of your life. A range of treatments are available on the body, face, hands and feet.
I am very flexible, work around your availability and there is free parking (on the street).
I am fully insured, and qualified to iTEC level 3 from the Royal National College for the Blind, Hereford, in sports massage, holistic massage, Indian head massage, on-site chair massage and reflexology.
Treatments are available as 30 minutes, a clinical hour or 2 hour treatments. Regular appointments are also available. You can book your treatment online.
My treatment room (Physion Room) can be found in the corridor to the left of the reception area but please do not knock prior to your appointment time so not to disturb the privacy of previous clients. Thank you
Holistic massage
You can enjoy being nurtured and lolled back into the best person you can remember being! Suitable for general switch off relaxation.
Sports Massage
This is a good way to get rid of tight, painful areas, to better support you to train less hard, for more gain in muscle definition, fitness and strength. Removing lactic acid increases your ‘personal best’! Treatment includes a range of moment tests, before and after your massage.
Indian head Massage
This treatment is delivered with a fast tempo. It’s awakening, invigorating, great for improvement in mental focus, fatigue, neck pain or migraines. Improving blood circulation to the face will make you look up to ten years younger! It is carried out on a normal chair, oil free and over the clothes. The qualities of this treatment are mental focus, being able to think more sharply, mood altering and re-energised.
On-site Chair Massage
This style of treatment is normally done in a corporate or festival environment.
It is over the clothes and on a specialist massage chair, which is in the shape of the foetal position. Is good for a 20 minute energy boost. Ideal for mobile pampering evenings.
Reflexology
With over 16000 years of research, development and input, this treatment will leave you intrigued and empty of stress. Reflexology is a treatment which uses the feet to treat the whole body. Very good for ongoing health problems, those trying to conceive, regulating irregular periods, insomnia, chronic pain conditions, shock, diabetes, MS, ME, Parkinson’s, and IBS.
