I had a great day at the National Holistic Therapy show on Monday, at the NEC in Birmingham.
It was a really good opportunity to talk to some other people in the complementary therapy world, to see what other people are doing and to try some new products too!
I bumped into Susie from the Vegan Wax company, who I’d met at a show in Cardiff a few months ago. She makes some wonderful waxes for massage, which you can see on her site here.
I talked to Alison Swift, who has used her own experience of overcoming anxiety to write an inspiring book to benefit others, called My Wellness Toolbox. I’ll be downloading the audio version of the book, and I encourage you to check it out on Amazon here.
I also talked to the creators of Cannabeenz, who have put CBD oil into delicious, organic chocolate. CBD oil can be incredibly beneficial for pain relief, anxiety and depression, cancer-related symptoms and much more. Have a look at the Cannabeenz website here.
At the end of an enriching day, I talked with the creators of some really vibrant ginger, turmeric and other spice extracts called Pure Xtracts, and EMF Home Harmony, a Bristol based company who make a range of products for protection against electromagnetic radiation, in the home, while travelling, and from your phone. it was a real pleasure to find out more about this, and to learn about the potentially harmful effects of the upcoming 5G network.
All in all, it was a fantastic event, full of positive energy and positive people!
