I’ve always been drawn to anything that gives me an adrenaline rush and a real challenge. So, I decided to put my strength and resilience to the test by entering the GB Disabled Strongman/Woman competition.
For six months, I trained twice a week with a strongman specialist who taught me the techniques I needed to push my limits and get the best results. At the beginning of this journey, I had no idea how it would turn out—but I kept showing up, kept learning, and kept growing.
And I’m incredibly proud to say that I earned bronze in my very first Disabled Strongest Man/Woman competition!
Here’s some footage of me pulling a 2.5-tonne vehicle—one of the moments that made all the hard work worth it. 💪🔥
