These are the Terms that apply when you make a booking with Rodrigues Relaxation. For the Terms of Use for the website, please see our Terms of Use.

Appointments and Payment

By booking an appointment with Rodrigues Relaxation, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. You can book an appointment with Rodrigues Relaxation via our website, by telephone, text or email.

At your first appointment, you will be asked to fill out a client consultation form. This will form the basis of your initial consultation.

Payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment by Paypal or bank transfer.

All prices on this website and from any other sources are subject to change.

Late Arrivals and Cancellations

If you arrive late to your appointment, the treatment session will finish at the original agreed time for the same price.

To cancel an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given. If you don’t attend an appointment or give less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged for the appointment.

If you are going to be up to 15 minutes late to your appointment, please call on 07423 175355.

Cancellation or no-show charges can be paid by cash or bank transfer. Following a cancellation, payment must be received within 24 hours and before any further bookings can be taken.

Medical Conditions & Contraindications

It is your responsibility to inform Rodrigues Relaxation of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or illnesses before receiving treatment. This includes any changes to your health or medication between appointments.

If you are receiving treatment for any medical condition or are under the care of a healthcare professional, please consult them before booking a session.

Rodrigues Relaxation reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe due to a medical condition.

Confidentiality

Consultations and client treatment details are confidential and will not be discussed with anyone other than the client, unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.

Unless required to do so by law, we will not share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us via this website without your consent.

Hard copies of client consultation forms are held in a secure place, adequately safeguarded and not accessible to third parties in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.

You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any changes to ensure that it is up to date.
